UX/UI team leader in Experience and Engagement product suite

About the product suite

The Engagement suite includes tools like QR-to-App, Referral-to-App, and more – all designed to help marketers create seamless, personalized user journeys from any touchpoint into their mobile apps. These tools aim to eliminate friction, improve the end-user experience, and enhance performance measurement.

My role

As the UX team leader for the Engagement product suite, I was responsible for setting design strategies that transformed our product into a self-serve solution. I focused on enhancing user experiences and embedding structured UX processes and best practices within an agile development environment.

  • Helping build the company's design guild: ​Took an active role in recruiting and onboarding over 10 UX and Product designers professionals, ensuring strong team fit.
  • ​Coaching for growth: Completed AppsFlyer’s internal coaching program, designed to create a company-wide community of mentors aimed at strengthening individual growth, deepening team connection, and driving engagement.

My contribution

  • Team leadership: Managed and mentored a team of Product Designers, helping them develop their skills, broaden their impact, and stay motivated. I focused on balancing individual growth with team dynamics and company goals.
  • Process improvement & cross-team collaboration: Improved workflows and communication between Design, Product, and Engineering- reducing friction, increasing clarity, and enabling faster, more effective execution.
  • Data driven decision making: Encouraged and mentored our team to ground decisions in evidence by incorporating analytics, user research, and usability insights into our design process.
  • Embedding UX prioritization into product workflows: Introduced a structured way to collect, prioritize, and address UX issues, helping the team stay consistently user-focused and proactive in improving the experience.
  • Facilitating product decision making through customer feedback: Led a customer requests workshop, analyzing 100+ feature requests. Using a categorization and user-value scale, I helped teams agree on which features to prioritize, defer, or drop-and why. I also set up ongoing routines to monitor support tickets and CSM feedback, keeping decisions rooted in real user needs.

OneLink API Dashboard

OneLink API generates a large number of OneLink personalized links instantly for large-scale campaigns, via SMS, and more. The dashboard displays the daily, monthly, and three-month API usage.
